Manchester United Makes An Important Offer To Antonio Rudiger

Manchester United have reportedly made’an important offer’ for Antonio Rudiger, as the Red Devils attempt to sign the Chelsea centre – back on a free transfer this summer..

The Germany international has been a crucial player for Thomas Tuchel’s side this season, making forty six appearances in all competitions, with five goals and four assists.

However, Rudiger’s current contract with the Blues is set to expire at the end of June and Chelsea are currently not able to renew it because of sanctions against owner Roman Abramovich.

Numerous clubs, including Tottenham Hotspur, Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus, Real Madrid, and Barcelona, are in touch with the defender.

Nevertheless, based on Sport, Man United have today extended Rudiger a contract to move to Old Trafford just before the 2022-23 campaign.

The 29-year-old made 195 appearances for Chelsea after transferring from Roma in July 2017, while he’s been among Tuchel’s most significant players since the German’s arrival as coach.

Man United are thought to be eager to sign a new central defender this summer, with Phil Jones, Eric Bailly and Axel Tuanzebe leaving the club before the next season..
